Wellbeing Training Package FAQ

£400 +VAT one off payment if paying by card or a monthly charge of £33.50 +VAT for schools joining by September 2022 who choose to pay by invoice or direct debit.  For schools joining at a later date the cost will be charged across the remaining months in the academic year to August 2023.

This is an annual subscription based on an academic year.  You will be able to access all recordings and resources regardless at what point of the year you join. Access to the resource runs from September 1st 2022 to August 31st 2023.

The minimum subscription is for an academic year – no refunds can be given for part year usage.

Yes - If paying by invoice or direct debit.  Your subscription will automatically be renewed on 1 September 2023 to enable you to access the package for the 2023/24 academic year.  If you do not wish to renew you will need to give 4 months notice.

No – if paying by card.  You will be contacted asking if you wish to purchase for the new academic year.

Once your Primary Training Lead/responsible person has purchased the package through our website the package will be accessible through your account area on The Education People website under ‘My Online Courses’.

• One day per year wellbeing lead training (live online). This will be run 3 x across the year so you will have a choice of dates.

This training will help you to embed the key skills, approaches and systems required to develop a whole school approach for wellbeing.

• Three network sessions per year (two hours live online)

Communicate, collaborate and design your wellbeing pathway via wellbeing network support.

• One place at our annual wellbeing online Spring conference.

Hear from leading experts in the field of mental health and wellbeing.

• Up to eight recorded training sessions per year

Bespoke training sessions focussing on the priorities for schools.

One individual per school who has purchased the package in their name.

The first of the recorded sessions for the 22/23 academic year will be available to access from September 2022. Further recordings and supporting resources will be added across the academic year. Dates for the Wellbeing training, networks and online conference will also be published at this time.

There will be no cancellation charges.

No – the resources and materials will only be available to the individual purchasing the package.
