Support

Emporium will not share any information that you provide with third parties.  We use the information that you have provided to send you subscription updates and order notifications. If you need further information regarding GDPR and your rights, please email us at [email protected]

Yes, you will need to add on 20% VAT to the subscription fee. A more in-depth layout will be shown once you select a subscription.

Simply register or log in via our website to become a member.   Once you have registered, you will be able to purchase a subscription package, which can be found on the subscriptions page. Your details are stored securely and if you require more information, please click here.

Resources

A resource is a box of play and learning equipment, such as a topic box or an individual item such as a scooter or playframe. Depending on your subscription type you will be allocated either 6, 16, 36 or 64 resources to use on an annual basis.

Please refer to the Emporium Loan Agreement. Please contact us when you discover the loss, damage or fault with a resource and remove it from use until we can arrange for it to be collected or replaced.  We may ask you to purchase a replacement if we are unable to fix it or do not have a spare to replace it.

No. Unfortunately due to the cost of batteries and the amount of ICT items stocked, we are unable to supply batteries with the items.

A High Value Resource (HVR) is a piece of equipment that Emporium has sourced from Community Playthings. These pieces of equipment are expensive to purchase and are desired by most settings and families. Due to high demand, limitations have been applied on how the equipment is supplied to our customers.

With the nature of the Emporium loan service, you may find that a substantial amount of the High Value Resources will be on loan. All HVRs are on a six-month loan term to give a fairer service.  If outside of your subscription’s High Value Resource entitlements, there is the opportunity to loan High Value Resources for an additional £30 charge for six months.

Deliveries & Collections

We endeavour to deliver your order within 10 working days of order. Our team will notify you by email when your order is processed for delivery. This is normally two working days before your order is despatched.   Please allow for busy periods and holidays.

We ask that you check your order and report anything that is incomplete, or you are unhappy with on the day of delivery.

We will then action as appropriate.

There may be multiple reasons why you are unable to order. Have you actioned a return of the items you currently have on loan? Is your subscription is up to date? Have you used all of your subscription entitlements? Are the items you have added in stock?  Please remember to tick the "in stock" box while searching.
