We are looking for a Nursery Key Worker / Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join us, from February 2024, on our exciting journey of opening our nursery. Our new nursery class will join our existing Reception children to form a unique Early Years provision attached to our small primary school. You do not need to have worked in a school setting before, those with experience in nurseries are encouraged to apply.
Candidates should have experience of working with and have an understanding of the EYFS Framework and Development Matters. It is also essential that candidates have the appropriate full and relevant early years qualifications.
Although the post is based in our Early Years setting, there will be an expectation for the post holder to be involved in the wider life of Laddingford Primary School. Visits to the school are strongly encouraged. Please be aware we may elect to interview before the deadline date if we receive high quality applications early.

32.5 hours per week
8.30am – 3.30 p.m. Monday to Friday, term time only 38 weeks a year.
Full and relevant EYFS qualifications - Level 3 or equivalent.
