This half day workshop will empower practitioners to support boys by considering how to meet their wellbeing, learning and development needs. Practitioners will explore the different ways we can provide the right conditions to support their learning and play. Practitioners will take away practical ideas and strategies that can be used in a variety of early years provisions.Learning Outcomes
- Reflection on how boys and girls develop differently and consider how we can support boys in the ways they learn best.
