Job Carving Job Analysis and Natural Supports

This workshop is designed to assist practitioners to gain the skills to work with employers and understand the importance of job carving.

The number of people with disabilities entering employment is decreasing on a yearly basis. This workshop is designed to assist practitioners to gain the skills to work with employers and understand the importance of job carving and the business case for employing disabled people. As with every workshop we deliver, there is a wide range of training methods so that trainers are able to impart their skills, knowledge and experience, so delegates are fully prepared to work with employers and create jobs for people with disabilities.

  • How to effectively sell the concept to employers
  • How the job analysis process can be used to write job descriptions and person specifications and the benefits to employers, learners and your service
  • Advice and guidance for working interviews
