Join us on World Menopause Day to raise awareness about the impact of the perimenopause and menopause.

This 45 minute lunch and learn session is designed to support organisations create an age and gender inclusive workplace. It provides training for employees and managers to increase awareness on the symptoms of the menopause which reach far above and beyond just hot flushes and identify how an employee’s menopausal symptoms may impact on their attendance or capability to undertake their job role.

One in six women say that the issues caused by the menopause has had an impact on their job, and it is vital that the employer works with its employees to help support and encourage self help measure to ensure a positive outcome for all parties. With women over the age of 50 being the fastest growing segment of the workforce (4.5 million aged 50-64, ONS 2020), it is imperative that employers start to make the somewhat taboo subject of the menopause a key priority in their HRM strategy and in the long term the governments, as economic participation of women is set to increase further.
