Moderation and validation of teacher assessment judgements of Year 2 children's work in writing and mathematics against the non-statutory teacher assessment frameworks for Key Stage 1.
Year 3 teachers are invited to participate in the moderation.

Colleagues will need to bring writing and mathematics evidence from pupils in their school who are working on the 'cusp' of the standard. Please bring pupils' original work - photocopies will not be accepted.
Year 2 sample size:
We will review the work from a minimum of three pupils in each subject per school. Schools are invited to bring more if they wish and these will be looked at if time allows.
