Brief Overview

A fantastic opportunity for Primary and Secondary ECTs in year two of their induction period and teachers up to five years from completing induction, to access workshops focusing on our theme of 'What Next in Your Teaching Career?' - ie looking forward to a successful and fulfilling teaching career. Workshops will look at different routes teachers can take to progress with their career, whether that be a move to follow a passion in a certain subject, be a pastoral lead or a desire to be an inspirational headteacher.

Delegates will have the opportunity to attend all four workshops during the day as well as hearing from our very engaging opening speaker, Kelly Hannaghan, who will equip you with the skills to keep on top of your wellbeing to support a successful teaching career.
